Hi, I'm Dara.

I've been working in behavioral therapy as an RBT, BCaBA, and currently as a BCBA — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst — with kids in schools, homes, and clinics. I built Unbothered Kids because parents deserve tools that are actually designed for their kid, not generic printables. Every chart on this site is built on real behavior science, and it's all free.

Age guide

What chores are actually fair at each age?

Most charts fail because they ask for more than a kid can do independently. Pick your kid's age and start with jobs they can finish without a fight.

How old is your kid?

Ages 5–6

Two-step jobs with a picture or checklist cue. They can start on a reminder and finish on their own.

Why this one actually sticks

Built around your kid

The habits, the wording, and the layout change based on their age and what you're actually working on.

Sized to your real life

Two minutes a day? You get a three-row chart. All in? You get the full version. No guilt either way.

Rewards they care about

The reward ladder is built around what motivates your kid — screen time, snacks, LEGO, or time with you.

Digital chart

Kids pick their own sidekick

When you choose the digital chart, your child gets to choose a character and ring color. They earn stars, move along the reward path, and build pride — not just compliance.

Questions parents ask

Is it really free?

Yes — the basic printable chart and the digital interactive chart are both currently free to try. In the future, Unbothered Kids may offer Personalized Behavior Plans and additional digital services for purchase.

How long does it take?

About 60 to 90 seconds. Ten short questions, one screen at a time.

What ages is this for?

Kids 3 to 12. The habits and wording adjust to your kid's age.

What if sticker charts already failed for us?

Most generic charts fail because they track the wrong things or ask too much of the parent. This one is sized to the time you actually have, and built around what motivates your kid specifically.
